Kamayev's seal
THE DESCRIPTION AND THE INSTRUCTION FOR USE
of the Seal of Kamayev with the control hologram

1. Introduction
The Description (D) is intended for acquaintance of consumers with a product "Kamayev's" seal (further – a seal), for further its correct use. Means of the control it is centralized the made special number seals of the raised level of protection.
2. Purpose of a seal the
Seal is used for the control of access over objects.

3. Structure and characteristics
3.1. The general view of a seal is resulted on fig. of 1

The seal is executed in the form of a rectangular in the sizes 22.5x21x8 mm. All details of a seal are made of polymeric materials. The case is made of transparent polymer, an insert and an anchor from polymer of black or any other color. In the collected kind ledges of an insert get in apertures of the case and are fixed by short moustaches of an anchor, interfering with extraction of an anchor.
3. The ORDER of USE of the SEAL
3.1. The order of installation of a seal.
- the Hinged element, for example, a string to pass through the screw of a cover of the counter.
- To combine the ends of a string and to place in flutes (5) in a direction from a cover (4) to short moustaches of an anchor (6)
- To execute on one revolution of a string around of each of short moustaches of an anchor
- To deduce a string on other flutes from an opposite side in a direction from short moustaches of an anchor (6) to a cover (4)
- the Anchor insert into a face aperture of the case, short moustaches of an anchor pass through lateral narrowing, are compressed, and then straightened in internal space of the case and block an opportunity of opening of a seal
- the Case of a seal (1) and a cover (4) anchors paste over with vertically protective number label. (There are some ways of fastening of a hinged element)
3.2. The order of installation of the hologram on a seal.
3.2.1. Installation of a seal carry out in conformity about D.
3.2.2. The hologram is established on a seal as shown in rice 1a D.
3.2.3. The surface of a seal for installation of the hologram should be pure and dry.
3.2.4. At removal of means of the control from a waterproof paper of a hand should be dry and pure.
3.2.5. On means of bending of a paper basis up to 180 about edge of the hologram to achieve its branch from a paper basis, slowly cleaning a paper basis in such a way, that a gluing layer was to itself (the blanket from itself), is cautiously separated 70 % of the hologram.
3.2.6. Keeping for 30 % of not unstuck part of the hologram which has remained on a waterproof paper, the hologram it is fixed by a sticky layer on an installation site.
3.2.7. After fixing 70 % of the hologram on an installation site it is necessary, gradually rolling, to release the rest of 30 % of the hologram from a paper basis and to finalize the hologram on a surface of a seal.
3.2.8. Finally to fix means of the control over full replacement of the rests of air between a sticky layer and a surface of a seal.
